Prepare the case
Collect the prescription / work authorization, case reference, restorative details and supporting records required for the case.

Use our secure-formatted submission page to send contact information, instructions and supported file attachments directly to the lab email.
Coordinate with the lab
We follow up as needed to clarify laboratory requirements before fabrication or design proceeds.

Mr. B Dental Lab currently offers local pickup. Contact the lab to coordinate timing before arriving with a case or collecting completed work.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
